Laboratory Furnaces

   Reis series of standard chamber furnaces are desktop type laboratory furnaces. “Reis Series” covers a temperature range from 1100˚C to 1600˚C and volume range from 5 liters to 45 liters.
   The vertical counter balanced door design minimizes the heat exposure that can harm the user’s health. Also door safety switch to protect users and the high temperature safety alert to protect heat chamber are integrated parts of the furnace.
   The isolation bricks are used to enhance the strength of the opening and the bottom of the furnace against impact and friction. And double skin housing with ventilation gaps and adequate insulation the outer surface temperature is minimized.

The “Reis Series” are designed after the accomplishment of engineering studies such as; heat transfer, material strength, heat generation and power consumption calculations and produced by the use of fiber boards that have low heat transfer coefficient for performance, quality and reliability.
The isolation bricks are used to enhance the strength of the opening and the bottom of the furnace against impact and friction. With the low heat conductivity of the fiber boards used inside the heating chamber, the temperature inside the chamber rapidly reaches the optimum and the uniformity of the heat distribution is sustained.

Heating elements of the furnaces are applied based on calculations of the temperature range and the heat endurance of the furnaces.

The custom design PID control devices produced for our company minimizes the heat fluctuations on the set values. Every step on the control devices can be defined up to 9999 minutes and in case of a power loss the system resumes on.
