Split Furnaces

  Nova Series are split-type laboratory furnace with the maximum temperature 1100˚C.  This furnaces have heating zone with the dimension 250 mm and its multiplies. Nova Series can be produce vertical, horizontal or with angle.

   In standard Nova series furnaces, inner tube size can be maximum up to 100 mm outside diameter. For other sized tubes we can produce costum type split furnaces.

- Feeding protective gas with the inert flange
- Vacuum with water-cooled vacuum flange,
- C610 quality ceramic or quartz tubes,
- Two or more zone control option

With the opening of the heating zone; provides opportunities to work with the tube or reactor. In Nova Series Furnaces the tube can have maximum 100 mm outer diameter. The tubes are optional.
Rotary type Nova split furnaces provides a homogeneous heating on samples while moving one end to other by turning the tube.

The custom design PID control devices produced for our company minimizes the heat fluctuations on the set values. Every step on the control devices can be defined up to 9999 minutes and in case of a power loss the system resumes on.
