Ceramic / Annealing / Sintering Furnace

   Piri series furnaces are industrial type furnaces, between 1100˚C - 1300˚C temperature in volume of 75 liters and above. This furnaces can referred by the named as “annealing furnace", "kiln furnace", "sintering furnace" in accordance with user requirement.

   The front door of the furnaces can be manufacture swing type or guillotine style according to the customer demand. Also door safety switch to protect users and the high temperature safety alert to protect heat chamber are integrated parts of the furnace.

   The isolation bricks are used to enhance the strength of the opening and the bottom of the furnace against impact and friction.

   The “Piri Series” are designed after the accomplishment of engineering studies such as; heat transfer, material strength, heat generation and power consumption calculations and produced by the use of fiber boards that have low heat transfer coefficient for performance, quality and reliability.

   User safety is a crucial point for the use of such furnaces. In order to form a safe working area, by the means of double skin housing with ventilation gaps and adequate insulation the outer surface temperature is minimized.
Furnace door can be manufactured vertical or horizontally due to the user demand. Also the standard door safety switch to protect users and the high temperature safety alert to protect heat chamber are integrated parts of the furnace.

   The isolation bricks are used to enhance the strength of the opening and the bottom of the furnace against impact and friction. With the low heat conductivity of the fiber boards used inside the heating chamber, the temperature inside the chamber rapidly reaches the optimum and the uniformity of the heat distribution is sustained.

   Heating elements of the furnaces are applied based on calculations of the temperature range and the heat endurance of the furnaces.


   The custom design PID control devices produced for our company minimizes the heat fluctuations on the set values. Every step on the control devices can be defined up to 9999 minutes and in case of a power loss the system resumes on.
